Having been a sole trader, freelancer, and business owner in partnership with my husband, and held Director level roles in HR and Finance, I know how lonely and difficult it can be trying to lead from the front, make all the hard decisions, and never having enough time to stop and think, let alone plan!
Over the years I have developed my commercial knowledge: a BA in Business and Enterprise, certifications in Leadership & Management, Project Management, Workplace Well-being, Business Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Coaching For A Cause. I have many years of experience training and mentoring leaders and managers.
