I have designed this workshop to help people get started in their new roles.  This can be used as an initial step in a training program whilst more formal ILM training is undertaken.  I have purposely opened this group to anyone involved in management at whatever level as the group discussions can help individuals whether Supervisors, Managers, or Directors understand how their behaviours can affect others.

As a Manager with 40 years of experience, and latterly 10 years in HR, I understand the issues which can arise in the workplace.  I introduce techniques learned from undertaking ILM Level 5 in Leadership & Management and a BA in Business & Enterprise.
